As a child from humbled beginnings, I went from watching and wanting to be on the Food Network to creating my own food channel on YouTube, Chef Junie TV. With a culinary education from Le Cordon Bleu, I aspire to nourish the world with my delicious recipes. I have a resume that consists of cooking at Hotel Oceana, catering for Atlantic Records, and being the go to chef for celebrities that include OT Genesis, Ray J, and Charlie Wilson to name a few. I wanted to take my passion for culinary arts and turn it into a global business. I have my own line of seasonings, chef knifes, cutting boards, and aprons. I am a chef with a purpose that will continue to create unique dishes for people of all age groups to fulfill their taste buds.
