With over 20 years in commercial kitchens, I've cooked everywhere from cafés and restaurants to large-scale clubs, mining camps and offshore operations. Feeding hundreds of people to a high standard, day after day, teaches you speed, consistency and discipline.

My specialty is modern Australian cuisine with South-East Asian influences, and I'm comfortable cooking food from just about anywhere in the world. I'm the 2020/21 Clubs WA Chef Challenge winner.

I'm still working as a chef in the industry today, so everything I share through Chef & Co. Solutions comes from current, hands-on kitchen experience, not theory. Whether you're a chef sharpening your plating, a business owner building a menu, or a home cook wanting more confidence, my resources are practical and tested.

Based in Mandurah, Western Australia, I'm passionate about seasonal produce, clean technique and food that looks as good as it tastes.
