I am Chef Max, a French chef who moved to Arizona in 2023. I’m 37 years old, and I’ve been working in the culinary world since I was 17. My passion started even earlier, when I entered culinary school at just 15, eager to learn the art of gastronomy and build my future in the kitchen.

Since then, cooking has become my life — a blend of precision, creativity, and sharing. I love working with quality ingredients, imagining new recipes, and creating emotions through food.
