♡･ All assets, textures, scripts, etc. must be purchased from the original creator/source. You are PROHIBITED to take any of the above listed off my models for personal or commercial use!

♡･ If purchasing my assets, you must use the proper credit format by listing my Discord (Sakuramamii) or giving a direct link to the product.

♡･ When changing VRChat usernames/Discords please use the Contact at the top of the page and give your updated details.

♡･ All models are for personal use ONLY. Only one license per purchase.

♡･ Do not remove my watermark/name off of the model.

♡･ Do not take assets off my models. You must purchase all assets from the original creators.

♡･ Never claim my work as your own! All my work is copyright protected. You must credit my shop if you are to use my models on other platforms or games.

♡･ I do not offer refunds for digital products. All sales are final.

♡･ When purchasing a model for a friend/family member/significant other/etc, you MUST provide their information provided at checkout. Failure to provide the incorrect info or none at all will result in your license being removed.

♡･ If having any issues with gifting please join the server and make a ticket!

♡･ If buying a couple or bestie/matching model package with someone else, you will be prompted to add the Discord and VRChat username of the one you will be giving the other matching package to as well as yours. Failure to do so will result in your license being revoked.

♡･ Redistribution of my models or assets is PROHIBITED. This includes but not limited to: 

♡･ Sharing packages with friends/family/significant others.

♡･ Uploading or submitting models or assets to illegal model distribution websites or file-sharing websites.

♡･ Trading models with others.

♡･ Price splitting models with others.

♡･ you will be banned from server and shop!

♡･ All information given will be deleted after uploading the model, to protect the safety of customers accounts.

♡･ I do offer model uploads for free for anyone who purchased that model from me

♡･ When uploading, the base model will be uploaded to your account. No changes will be made. If you would like personal edits made to the model, then purchase and upload it yourself.

♡･ I do plan on offering uploads in the near future for $10 off the original price.

Example: Original Price ➜ $35, Uploads ➜ $25

♡･ If you want a friend of yours to upload an avatar for you, you BOTH must have the model purchased.

♡･ Do not share assets or packages between others.

♡･ You are allowed to make any of my models quest compatible/optimized. If you or another person is converting a model to be quest/optimized (green), YOU BOTH must have the model purchased.

♡･ If you are wanting an opti version make a ticket in my server!

♡･ if you have any issues with quest version i make a ticket in my server!

♡･ You are allowed to use my models for other VR games. (ChilloutVR, NeosVR, Helios,etc.) as long as proper credit is given back to my shop.

♡･ You are allowed to use my models on any social media platform: Twitch/TikTok/Youtube/Instagram/etc. as long as the proper credit is given to my shop.

♡･ I do not offer refunds for digital products. All sales are final.
