Welcome to Chez Kayleigh! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed by the stated order deadline.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • An invoice marked “Paid in Full” will be provided after payment is processed.

Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Orders are available for pick-up/delivery on the date specified at checkout (typically the first Wednesday of each month for the Chez Kayleigh Box, unless otherwise noted).
  • If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative pick-up time.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us.

Product Disclaimer

  • All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services.
  • Baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts.
  • Ingredient and allergen information is provided, but cross-contamination may occur.

Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review all allergen and ingredient information before consumption.
  • Chez Kayleigh is not liable for adverse reactions due to food allergies, health conditions, or improper storage/handling after pick-up.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and branding associated with Chez Kayleigh are the property of Chez Kayleigh and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
