This is a comprehensive faith based shadow workbook for healing, integration, and becoming whole as a woman in today’s world seeking to find and share her light.

There are 3 parts: The Little Girl Within, The Girl Who Was Becoming, and Becoming Her: The Woman You Are Becoming.

Each part gently but comprehensively addresses and provokes a deep introspective understanding of what made us who we were at formidable parts of our lives, give her the love and acknowledgement she needs, and adopt tools to heal and succeed going forward.

We are never meant to stay fractured, scared and small. Our callings in Christ shine so brightly, but are dulled and diminished by the hardships of life and also things that happened to us that just weren’t our fault.

It’s learning and addressing what gave us the unhealthy coping mechanisms, working through them in a healthy and gentle way and taking accountability for our own legacies moving forward.

This is not for the faint of heart, but it’s designed for the healing, seeking heart.
