Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ebook and audiobook purchases. We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

However, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the product. You can choose a refund of an item if it has a major problem that technical support is unable to rectify.

If there's a problem with the book file (eg. the wrong content) please contact me via the Contact link above for a replacement file.
