Refunds Policy Overview
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds except in the following limited circumstances.
1. Digital Products (eBooks)
- Non-Refundable: Digital products are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter problems accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact us at christine@christinecazaly.com and we will assist you promptly.
2. Physical Products (Paperbacks)
Refunds for paperbacks are only available if:
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We shipped the incorrect item.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To request a refund for physical products, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. No Refunds for Other Reasons
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Customer errors (e.g., incorrect address entered at checkout).
- Wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
