3. Purchase and Delivery
All purchases are processed via secure payment methods. After successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to your product(s).
Please note:
- All sales are final.
- Download links may be time-limited or restricted by download count.
4. Licensing: Copyright Usage Agreement
Upon purchase, you do not acquire ownership of the digital file. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for your personal or professional music production needs.
This license is a copyright usage agreement, not a sale of the product itself.
By purchasing a product, you are paying for the right to use the material under the terms of this agreement, in accordance with applicable copyright law (e.g., Art. 107 et seq. of Italian Copyright Law 633/1941 or relevant EU/US laws).
You may:
- Use the material in your own compositions or productions
- Incorporate the product into music intended for commercial release, performance, or broadcast (unless otherwise stated)
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the original files
- Upload or share the content in libraries, cloud platforms, or team drives
- Reverse-engineer, modify or extract parts of the product for reuse outside licensed scope
5. Third-Party Products Disclaimer
Some products may be developed and submitted by third-party creators. Cinematic Workflow Store acts only as a technical intermediary and does not assume any legal responsibility for the accuracy, quality, lawfulness, or any consequences arising from the use of third-party content.
Responsibility for these products lies solely with their respective authors or suppliers.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made solely in cases of technical malfunction (e.g., broken links or unusable files), and only if reported within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Incompatibility with your setup
- Mistaken purchases
- Change of mind
