Hi, I’m Kate Fiddler, founder of Claritise Coaching , and the mind behind Clarity Provocations.

Over the years, I’ve worked in elite sport, leadership, education and personal performance. I’ve been an international volleyball player, a Headteacher, a Premier League auditor and leadership consultant, and now an Executive Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.

But more than titles, I’m fascinated by what helps people move forward when they feel stuck, uncertain, or like something no longer fits. Even when things are good.
