Introduction
As a small business owner myself, I know the struggles. From self-doubt to sleepless nights because you just don't know how to make your business work: I've been there.
Working predominantly with mid-life women who left their corporate careers to go it alone in business, I offer a range of products from digital planners to 1:1 coaching and NLP interventions.

I'm Michelle Smith, accredited Coach, NLP Practitioner and Chartered Member of the CIPD.
If you've ever felt that something's holding you back - stopping you from starting a business or taking an existing business to the next level - then I see you.
As a midlife woman who left the corporate world behind in a quest to follow her dream of working for herself, I've walked a mile in your shoes.
And I've had my fair share of failures along the way!
