Digital download purchases are non-refundable. If you are having issues accessing a purchased download please contact us and we will send you the files directly. Payments for consultations may be refundable. If cancellation is made before 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment you will receive a full refund. If less than 24 hours in advance a cancellation fee of $15 will apply. If it is less than 2 hours in advance of your appointment you will not be entitled to a refund.
