Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Products)

We sell non-tangible digital products (templates, micro-ebooks, printables, etc.). Please read carefully before purchasing.


A. General rule (digital goods)

  • All sales are final once your files are delivered or access is granted. Because digital files can’t be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for change of mind, purchased by mistake, or didn’t read the description.
  • If you experience a technical problem (e.g., download issues, corrupted file, broken link), email admin@clickmuse.info within 7 days and we’ll re-issue access or fix the file promptly. If we cannot resolve a verified technical defect, we may offer a good-will refund at our discretion.

B. South Africa consumer info

  • For South African consumers, there is a cooling-off right for certain electronic transactions for 7 days after delivery/conclusion; exceptions apply (e.g., personalised goods). Digital content is typically not returnable once accessed, but we’ll always comply with mandatory local law where it applies. Barter McKellar+1

C. EU/EEA & UK customers (digital content)

  • EU/EEA/UK consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you’ll lose the right to withdraw.
  • By buying from ClickMuse, you request immediate access to your files and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download/stream starts, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m). EUR-Lex+2Enterprise Ireland+2

D. Chargebacks & disputes

  • Please contact us first at admin@clickmuse.info so we can help quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks on delivered digital items may be contested with order logs and download/access records. (Payhip supports adding clear policy links to reduce chargebacks.) Payhip Help Center
