By purchasing or subscribing to any program, service, or product provided by Coach Boski, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Coach Boski does not offer refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, missed sessions, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the program.

2. Subscription Billing & Automatic Payments

By enrolling in a subscription-based program, you authorize Coach Boski to automatically charge your selected payment method on the stated billing date and at the agreed-upon interval (monthly, weekly, etc.).

You understand and agree that:

• Payments are automatically processed on the due date.
• Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.

3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a subscription and stop a future billing cycle, you must submit a cancellation request via email to:

Cancellation requests must be received no later than 15 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Requests submitted fewer than 15 days before the next billing date will not stop the upcoming charge and will apply to the following billing cycle.

Cancellations are not retroactive, and no refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that participation in any fitness, nutrition, training, or coaching program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or adverse health effects.

By participating, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with your actions and participation.
• Confirm that you are physically capable of participating or have consulted a qualified healthcare professional.
• Agree that Coach Boski is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.

5. No Medical or Professional Guarantees

Coach Boski does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors outside of Coach Boski’s control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Boski shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any program or use of any provided materials.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase or subscription through Stripe Checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
