      I started my fitness journey in my teens. I dedicated most of my time to the gym. I would workout super hard, killing myself, but had a difficult time achieving my goals because I kept getting injured. It was frustrating and discouraging; what was I doing wrong? After studying my own body, working with several coaches, and testing a wide host of different techniques, I discovered that I had been working out all wrong!
      It all boiled down to the fundamentals of human movement. Exercise magazines, youtube videos, personal training certifications, nothing really seemed to capture the full scope of human movement. How could they! Movement science is an overwhelming, complicated system. I, however, being the obsessive person that I am, took on the challenge of digesting all this science into small bite-size pieces. I spent the last ten years and 1000s of hours, forming what I now called the CORE POWER method.
