Hi, I’m Yaseen, and a few years ago, I was exactly where you might be now—overweight, unhappy, and desperate for change. At 25kg heavier, I struggled with confidence and everyday tasks, trying every quick fix out there to no avail. My turning point came when I started boxing and stuck out like a sore thumb! Although it was tough at first, I committed to making real, sustainable changes. In just six months, I lost 20kg, built muscle, and transformed my life.
A few years later, I’ve become a qualified Personal Trainer, earned a degree in Sports, Health & Exercise Science, and competed as an amateur boxer, winning at National and International levels. This book is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned—the strategies, habits, and mindset that helped me transform.
