The Pretty Deadly Self Defense Program focuses on practical self defense for realistic needs. Levels are designed around specific and realistic scenarios women face in every day life, rather than complexity of techniques learned.
Pretty Deadly Self-Defense is about knowing your boundaries, trusting yourself, and never having to hide who you are.
My 6 week foundation womens Self-Defense course:
This 6 part course focuses on building confidence, learning how your biological self defense system really works, all about your intuition and how to trust it, and learning how to defend yourself in real life every day situations as well as practical moves to make space and enable you get away from potentially dangerous situations.

My 60 minute Self-Defense workshop:
These workshops are a condensed and more compact version of the 6 week course designed for those with busy lifestyles making it difficult to commit to the full 6 weeks of sessions. The workshop is centered around defense techniques, boundary reinforcement and confidence building tools taken from full course and is available to all ability levels.
