LILAA LTD was born from a question CocoKali—the heart and founder of LILAA—has asked herself her entire life:

“Instead of just surviving... what can I do to create real change?”

As a woman who has lived at the intersections of multiple marginalized identities—brown-skinned, plus-sized, neurodivergent, female—CocoKali has seen the world’s shadow up close. She’s experienced firsthand how poverty, gender, race, and neurodiversity can be barriers not just to success, but to safety, self-expression, and opportunity. She’s seen the trauma. She’s lived the pain. And she’s carried the question, 'What can I do?'

• What if we had support at the moments that mattered most?
• What if my mother had access to mentorship, funding, leadership training?
• What if I had been guided to align with my purpose earlier?
• What if I could be the one to make that difference for someone else?

That “what if” became a mission. And the mission became LILAA—Ladies in Leadership Academy & Association—a nonprofit dedicated to purpose-driven empowerment, conscious leadership, and wealth circulation for global good.

At LILAA, we don’t just want to help people survive. We want to help them align, rise, and thrive—and in doing so, create ripple effects of healing, abundance, and impact that stretch across families, communities, and generations.

Our mission is clear:

To heal burnout, align purpose, and manifest abundance—through coaching, education, scholarships, mentorship, and conscious giving.

Our vision is bold:

To empower women, uplift leaders, support underserved communities, and fund global initiatives that bring clean water, education, health care, and opportunity to those who need it most.

Our model is sustainable:

We generate income through our coaching programs, digital courses, and mentorship offerings—then reinvest those profits into life-changing work. Every course you join, every service you purchase, and every donation you give supports a much larger mission.

We envision LILAA generating millions in sustainable income—90% of which will go directly toward humanitarian causes, scholarships, and conscious leadership programs.
