The short answer is no, but bear with me on this! All orders are made to order - I offer a personalisation service and the nature of this means I cant re-sell something that has been personalised for someone else's name, size or specification. It is your responsibility to make sure you order the right size, name, colour etc. However - If I have made an error then yes, you can return it and I will remake it for you free of charge.

Pop the item in you basket and head to check-out. There will be a box that pops up asking you for the name/personalisation details. Any problems or you need to add a bit more, email me at colacrafts@outlook.com with your personalisation requests and order number and I'll make it happen.

All items are made to order so there is a 1-3 working day turnaround allowing me time to process and make everyone's order. I can do urgent orders too, just drop me an email at colacrafts@outlook.com to check. Sometimes its longer but this will be made clear in the product description.

Once your order is made, I will dispatch it via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Tracked and send you the tracking details. I am not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over. Although Royal Mail and Evri are usually brilliant, sometimes things happen and parcels take a day or two longer. Please bear this in mind - but also remember that 99% of the time, the parcel is delivered with no problems!
