1. Digital Product License

All checklists, spreadsheets, and printable files are sold under a Personal Use License.

• What you CAN do: Use the files for your own personal collection tracking, print as many copies as needed for your own binders, and access the digital versions on your personal devices (phone, tablet, computer).
• What you CANNOT do: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sub-license the files to others. This includes sending the files to friends or uploading them to public forums or file-sharing sites.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent or the Google Sheet accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

3. Community Contributions & Accuracy

As a fellow collector, I strive for 100% accuracy. However, these lists are fan-made resources and are provided "as-is".

• Submissions: If you submit photos or information about a rare variant, you grant Collector's Dream a non-exclusive license to use that information to update the community checklists.
• Verification: To maintain the integrity of the list, I may require clear photos of the bear and its tags before adding new items to the master list. But the photo will not be used in lists!

4. Technical Disclaimer

We are not responsible for technical issues related to third-party software, such as the Google Sheets app or your home printer. If you experience a problem with the Payhip download link itself, please contact us for a reset.

5. Intellectual Property

• These checklists are original works created through 23 years of research. They are not official products of, nor are they affiliated with, the original brand owners or manufacturers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
