Refunds Are Granted ONLY If:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or damaged
• You are unable to access your download due to a technical issue
• A duplicate purchase was made by accident

Refunds Cannot Be Granted If:

• You changed your mind
• You purchased the wrong item
• You do not have compatible software
• You downloaded the file successfully
• You request a refund after using the artwork

Order Cancellations

Digital orders are processed immediately.

Once the files have been accessed or downloaded, the order cannot be canceled.
