Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, I will not.
-
Only if there is NO file sharing, involved, for example that your friend guides you in a voice call or chat, OR you can ask any of my trusted people in my server such as my admin, my friends or from another person that owns the avatar.
-
There are usually patch notes at the bottom of the product page if any problems are fixed. Send a picture in my Discord server if you can't find anything stating that this has been fixed.
-
No, some yellow warnings such as "Bone x not being a child of bone z", or "The avatar uses a mixture of Write defaults" are intended. Do not change anything as it could break the avatar. You can still upload them.
-
Absolutely not, both of you need your own license to the product.
-
Absolutely not. The avatar may only be uploaded privately.
-
No. There are plenty of tutorials on how to upload avatars and help channels to ask in. I can help in my own server if I got time.
-
No. If you edit the avatar/asset you are responsible to fix it yourself.
-
Make sure to look through what things you need to have in your Unity project before importing the avatar package. If you are having problems even from a fresh download of the Unity package/FBX you can write in my Discord server and tell me what the problem is. It can be a possibility that I have forgotten to update something.

Thank you for wanting to reach out to me about it, this is very important to me that the creators are properly credited. I triple check but still miss things sometimess. You are very welcome to join my server and contact me!

The price is depending on how much work I felt that I put in to the asset and what comes with the asset, to make it fair to both myself and my customers.

You can use this text to share details about your product or anything at all that you'd like your customers to know about. A bite sized snippet of information that can help answer customers questions. This section can be a great help in a lot of different circumstances. Instead of bamboozling visitors with a wall of text, FAQ sections allow them to see a well organised list of headings which they can drill down into to learn more.

Yes, as long as I own the base you want me to rig it to I can do that. I will not buy a new base for one person asking, unless you want to gift me the base. I follow the popularity of bases to rig my assets too. Current popular ones are for example Egirl base by Zinpia and Akii base by Akira.
-
No. I sometimes make assets specifically for one base but then get the idea to just rig it to another base as extra. It would also be harder for me to track who purchased what. You both need your own licenses
-
Depends. If there's major clipping issues that I forgot to fix on my default weight paint I will of course fix it, but if you have modified the shape/avatar, rigged the asset to another base or in any way changed the weight paint of the asset I will not fix it because you have changed my original weight paint. I do basic weight paint on all of my assets.

Try using a newer Blender like 5.0, that's the version I use to create my assets in and has been a solution for several people. If there's still something wrong I will of course take a look and see if I did something wrong.

I do want to make both versions for all of my assets but I usually put in so much work to the first version that I feel done with the asset when it's finished and I want to move on to make a new design and asset. I try to start on male assets once in a while so I do finish male assets as well, since I mostly do female assets.
