I'm Cassandra Carter — founder, educator, and builder of systems that open doors.

I lead ComplxSimple™, a workforce development and technology training company, and its academy, where we prepare people for real careers in technology. I also founded ITEquity Works Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit expanding access to technology education and career opportunities for Black and Brown communities and others facing barriers to opportunity.

My work sits where mission meets money. In my own nonprofit, I built an AI-assisted system to find grant opportunities, check eligibility before writing a word, and tell our story with honesty and proof — and I teach that same system to other nonprofit leaders through my talks, workshops, and the workbooks you'll find in this store.
