ConStructTools was founded by Eduard Fesenko, a civil engineer and engineering consultant with extensive experience in engineering practice, construction technologies, technical management and higher education.

The first ConStructTools products focus on concrete technology and mix design, with the longer-term goal of developing a broader range of practical tools for civil engineering and construction professionals.
