I came to this country at 8 years old without speaking a word of English. I was placed in an all-English school and had to figure it out, not with words, because I didn't have them yet, but with body language, energy, and paying attention to everything everyone else ignored.

That survival skill became the foundation of every career I built.

I became a licensed real estate agent. Then I sold cars on a floor full of men who didn't expect me to last. I studied NLP and became certified, and in between all of that, I earned my P&C, Life & Health insurance licenses. And I built every single one of those careers the same way, through relationships, through showing up, and through learning to walk into rooms that weren't built for me and making them mine anyway.

I did all of this as a young mom. I did it while unlearning people-pleasing. I did it while shedding the masculine armor I wore for years just to feel taken seriously. I did it in survival mode, and then slowly, intentionally, I found my way back to myself.
