About Me
Sasha Bemrose trained as a Speech and Language Therapist and has more than 30 years of experience supporting children and parents across the NHS, schools, and private practice. She trained in the Attachment-Based Developmental Approach through the Neufeld Institute and is an Advanced Practitioner in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, featured on national radio, and recognised with awards including the Welsh Woman of the Year Award.
Sasha's approach is shaped as much by lived experience as by professional training. As the parent of a neurodivergent son, she spent years searching for answers before discovering that the missing piece wasn't another strategy, but a completely different way of understanding behaviour — through the lens of development, relationships, and the nervous system. That shift transformed her family, and it's now the foundation of the work she shares through Connected Parenting UK, where she helps parents bring more calm, connection, and cooperation into family life.
