I'm Cooper — a Psychology and Human Nutrition student who spent 3 years figuring out what actually works in the gym so you don't have to.
I started training with no idea what I was doing. I quit. Started again. Quit again. It took me almost a year to finally stay consistent — and when I started studying Psychology and Nutrition at university I finally understood why I kept failing.
It wasn't laziness. It wasn't lack of motivation. It was the absence of a real system.
