Product Use

All CoreVault products are used at the customer's own risk. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the product is used safely, correctly, and in accordance with any instructions provided. CoreVault shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping is included with all orders unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes between 2 and 14 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product and packaging must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• All accessories and included components must be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

CoreVault reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

Warranty

The products includes a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects ONLY.

• Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use.
