CORVIONIX

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Contact: corvionixsupport@gmail.com

These Terms of Service apply to digital products sold under the Corvionix brand. If a product is purchased through a third-party marketplace, the marketplace's applicable terms, payment rules, refund procedures, and mandatory policies also apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Corvionix digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service and, where applicable, the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the product.

2. Digital Products

Corvionix sells downloadable software, utilities, business tools, templates, calculators, estimators, generators, organizers, and other digital products. Products are provided electronically. No physical product is shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Product-specific descriptions, system requirements, features, and limitations shown on the applicable product listing form part of the information provided to you before purchase.

3. Marketplace Purchases

Corvionix products may be sold through third-party marketplaces or payment platforms. Purchases made through those services may also be governed by the platform's terms, payment policies, dispute procedures, refund procedures, and other applicable rules. If a mandatory marketplace rule or applicable law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule or law controls to the extent of that conflict.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase through the marketplace or payment provider handling the transaction. Taxes, payment processing, currency conversion, and other transaction-related matters may be handled by the applicable marketplace or payment provider.

Corvionix does not independently collect payment-card information when payment is processed entirely by a third-party marketplace or payment provider.

5. License Instead of Sale of Software Rights

Purchasing a Corvionix software product gives you a license to use the product under the End User License Agreement. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, branding, documentation, or other intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use a purchased product for its intended lawful purpose and subject to its license. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute copies of the software;
  • publish or share the product files for others to download;
  • represent Corvionix products as your own;
  • remove or falsify copyright, ownership, or proprietary notices;
  • use the product to violate applicable law or the rights of another person; or
  • use Corvionix branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information you enter into the software and verifying outputs before relying on them. Calculators, estimates, quotes, profit projections, reports, and other outputs depend on information entered by the user and the product's stated functionality.

Corvionix products are tools intended to assist with organization and calculations. They do not replace professional judgment. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, Corvionix products do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering, safety, regulatory, chemical, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for your prices, estimates, business decisions, work practices, taxes, regulatory compliance, safety procedures, contracts, and communications with your own customers.

8. Compatibility

System requirements and compatibility information are provided in the applicable product listing and documentation. You are responsible for checking those requirements before purchasing. Operating-system, browser, security-software, or third-party platform changes outside Corvionix's control may affect future compatibility.

9. Backups and Local Data

Some Corvionix products store information locally on the user's device. Where a product provides backup or export functionality, the user is responsible for making and safely storing appropriate backups. Local browser or device storage should not be treated as a substitute for a separate backup. Corvionix is not a cloud-storage or backup provider unless a product expressly states otherwise.

10. Updates and Continued Availability

Unless expressly promised in a product listing, purchase does not include a guarantee of perpetual updates, new features, compatibility updates, or a particular period of future development. Corvionix may release updates, fixes, or revised versions at its discretion. Nothing in this section limits obligations imposed by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Corvionix retains all rights in its software, documentation, original graphics, branding, product names, interfaces, and other original materials except for rights expressly granted to the user. Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, or services referenced for compatibility or descriptive purposes remain the property of their respective owners.

12. No Guaranteed Business Results

Corvionix does not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, customers, business growth, job acceptance, pricing results, or any other financial or commercial outcome. Examples and demonstration data are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvionix products are provided without promises or warranties beyond those expressly stated by Corvionix. Corvionix does not warrant that every product will meet every user's individual requirements or that operation will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions provide warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvionix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use a product, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvionix's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Corvionix for that product. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Changes

Corvionix may update these Terms for future purchases or future use where appropriate. The version presented or made available in connection with a purchase governs that purchase to the extent required by applicable law.

16. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

CORVIONIX

Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Contact: corvionixsupport@gmail.com

This policy applies to digital products sold under the Corvionix brand. Because digital products can generally be retained after download, Corvionix does not offer broad change-of-mind returns after a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides refund, cancellation, warranty, conformity, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Digital Products

Corvionix products are digitally delivered. Because downloaded digital products cannot ordinarily be physically returned, Corvionix generally does not provide voluntary refunds for change of mind after a product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. When to Contact Corvionix

Please contact corvionixsupport@gmail.com if any of the following occurs:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the supplied download is corrupt or cannot be accessed and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved;
  • you received the wrong product;
  • the product is materially different from its listing description; or
  • applicable law or the marketplace through which you purchased the product provides a refund right.

3. Technical Problems

Where practical, Corvionix may first attempt to resolve a technical download or product-file problem before issuing a discretionary refund. A refund request should include the marketplace used, order information, and a description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card information.

4. Compatibility and Change of Mind

Before purchasing, please review the stated operating-system and compatibility requirements. Except where required by law or applicable marketplace policy, refunds are generally not provided solely because:

  • the buyer changes their mind;
  • the buyer no longer needs the product;
  • the buyer expected a feature that was not advertised;
  • the buyer's device does not meet clearly disclosed system requirements; or
  • the buyer does not wish to follow the provided installation or usage instructions.

5. Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through Etsy, Gumroad, Whop, Payhip, or another third-party platform may be subject to that platform's refund, dispute, and purchase-protection procedures. A marketplace may issue or require a refund under its rules even where this policy would not otherwise provide one.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Where applicable law gives a consumer a mandatory right to a refund or other remedy, that law controls. For jurisdictions where immediate access to digital content can affect a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, the applicable marketplace checkout process and applicable law govern any required consent or acknowledgement.

7. Abuse

Corvionix may deny a discretionary refund request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund misuse, or an attempt to obtain and retain a digital product without payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law or marketplace policy.

8. Contact

Refund questions may be sent to corvionixsupport@gmail.com.

  • the application does not include Corvionix advertising or analytics tracking unless expressly disclosed for that product.

2. Marketplace and Transaction Information

  • order or transaction identifier;
  • product purchased;
  • purchase date;
  • amount paid;

4. Information You Send to Corvionix

If you contact Corvionix, we may receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, confidential customer records, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

5. How Information Is Used

Information received by Corvionix may be used to:

  • identify and fulfill purchases;
  • respond to support requests;
  • troubleshoot product problems;
  • process or document refunds and disputes;
  • prevent fraud or misuse;
  • maintain business and transaction records;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations; and
  • protect Corvionix's legal rights.

6. Sale of Personal Information

Corvionix does not sell personal information received from customers for monetary consideration.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases may be processed through marketplaces and payment providers that operate independently from Corvionix. Those providers have their own privacy practices. Corvionix does not control their collection or use of information. Customers should review the privacy policy of the platform through which they make a purchase.

8. Retention

Corvionix retains information it receives only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including support, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Information may be retained longer where required or permitted by law.

9. Security

Corvionix takes reasonable measures appropriate to the information it controls. No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Corvionix products are not directed to children under 13, and Corvionix does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Corvionix, contact us.

11. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information. Where applicable, you may contact Corvionix to request access, correction, deletion, or another legally available privacy right concerning personal information controlled by Corvionix.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and record-retention requirements. Information controlled independently by a marketplace or payment provider must generally be addressed through that provider.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Corvionix's products or practices change. Material changes should be reflected in an updated effective date.

CORVIONIX

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Contact: corvionixsupport@gmail.com

This End User License Agreement governs use of downloadable Corvionix software. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the software, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of the applicable purchase price, Corvionix grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software for the purchaser's own personal or internal business purposes. This is a license to use the software, not a sale or transfer of ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the software for your own lawful personal or internal business activities. Outputs that the software is specifically designed to create for ordinary business use - such as customer estimates, quotes, reports, exports, or similar documents - may be used and shared for their intended purpose.

3. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

  • resell or redistribute the software;
  • give copies of the software to others who have not purchased or otherwise lawfully obtained a license;
  • sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially host the software for third parties;
  • publish the software or its source files for public download;
  • copy the software for the purpose of creating or distributing a competing product;
  • remove or falsify proprietary notices; or
  • use the software for unlawful purposes.

4. Ownership

Corvionix retains ownership of the software and its original source code, interface, documentation, branding, graphics, and other intellectual property. The user retains ownership of the user's own business information and content entered into the software.

5. Local Data

Where the software is described as operating locally, information entered into it is stored on the user's device as described in the product documentation. The user is responsible for maintaining backups where backup/export functionality is provided.

Deleting browser data, changing local storage environments, device failure, security software, operating-system changes, or other events outside Corvionix's control may affect locally stored information.

6. Calculations and Outputs

Software calculations and outputs depend on user-provided information and programmed formulas. The user is responsible for reviewing inputs and outputs before relying on them or providing them to customers. The software does not determine what the user should charge and does not guarantee profitability or business results.

7. Professional and Safety Matters

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the software is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, financial, engineering, regulatory, chemical, occupational-safety, or other professional advice. The user remains responsible for safe work practices, regulatory compliance, business decisions, pricing, contracts, taxes, and services performed for customers.

8. Compatibility

The software is licensed for use subject to the compatibility requirements disclosed with the product. Corvionix does not control future changes made by operating-system developers, browser developers, antivirus vendors, hardware manufacturers, or other third parties.

9. Updates

Unless expressly promised in writing, this license does not guarantee future feature additions, upgrades, or a particular period of updates or support. Nothing in this provision limits any update or conformity obligation imposed by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated by Corvionix. Corvionix does not warrant that the software will satisfy every individual business requirement or operate without interruption or error in every environment. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvionix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the software, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvionix's aggregate liability relating to the software will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable software license. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

This license terminates if you materially violate this EULA and fail to cure the violation where applicable law requires an opportunity to do so. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing any copies of the software in your possession, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Termination does not transfer any Corvionix intellectual-property rights to you.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with applicable product-specific terms and mandatory marketplace terms, constitutes the agreement governing the software license. Nothing in this EULA waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Contact

Questions concerning this EULA may be sent to corvionixsupport@gmail.com.
