I’m Melanie Veares, a Reiki Master, Spiritual Healer, and Meditation Facilitator. For over 15 years, I have dedicated my life to guiding others back to their inner centre through spiritual retreats, workshops, and energy healing. I am also the author of ‘My Forever Heart’ a spiritual fiction novel, the concept for the book was channelled from spirit.

Based in a peaceful North Essex coastal town, I am constantly inspired by the natural rhythm of the sea and the grounding energy of our local landscape. I believe that learning to connect within is the ultimate key to well-being and healing. In our fast-paced world, finding that quiet space inside is not just a luxury—it is a necessity.

My mission is to make that connection accessible to everyone. The meditations in this store are an extension of my healing practice, combining my experience in energy work with immersive storytelling. I have designed these tracks to offer two distinct paths: Targeted Relief for anxiety and mental clarity, and Sacred Journeys—such as the Golden Pyramid and Healing Waters—for deep relaxation and spiritual exploration.
