I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Post-Compulsory Education and a First-Class Honours BA (Hons) in Business Management with a focus on Leadership. I’m also qualified with a CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and proudly hold membership with the Institute of Leadership, an organisation dedicated to excellence and impact in professional development.

As a Business Lecturer, I have had the privilege of helping students unlock their full potential, preparing them for real-world success by teaching in-demand skills shaped by employer needs. From project management and building professional relationships, to leading teams, coaching and mentoring, and delivering exceptional customer service, my focus has always been on practical, people-focused development.
