Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization. Estimated processing and shipping times will be provided in each product listing or during the custom order process. Orders are processed after payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the applicable shipping rates. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, all sales are final once production has begun, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, colors, sizes, and other customization details before approving their orders.

Jewelry Purchases

Jewelry is sold based on available inventory only. We do not accept preorders or backorders.

Product descriptions will identify the jewelry materials and specifications.

Customers should review product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we kindly ask that all purchases be considered carefully, as we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to review product descriptions, sizing, colors, quantities, and personalization details before completing their purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Covuniquedesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, whenever possible. Include your order number and photographs so we can review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Cancellation requests for other orders will be reviewed based on their fulfillment status.
