1. Inquiry

Please contact me with your commission idea, references, and any important details about what you would like.

2. Review & Estimate

I will review your request and let you know whether I can take it on. Once everything is discussed, I will provide a price estimate based on the commission type and complexity.

3. Payment

Payment is split into two parts:

Upfront payment

• The full cost of any required assets must be paid first so I can purchase the correct commission license(s)
• A 100€ (50€ for "Simple" Package) down payment is also required before I begin working

Final payment

• The remaining balance must be paid once the commission is finished
• Final files will only be sent after the full payment has been received

Please note

• Asset costs are not included in the listed commission prices
• Prices may increase depending on complexity or additional requested edits

4. Design Planning

For packages that include design planning, I will first create a sketch or moodboard for approval before starting the main commission work.

5. Work in Progress

I will begin the commission and may send updates during the process.

6. Revisions

Revisions included in your package may be used during the commission process. Major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

7. Final Delivery

Once the commission is finished and everything is paid, the final files will be delivered to you.

Before ordering, please make sure you can provide a clear description of what you want. A visual reference is helpful, but not required as long as your idea is explained clearly.

If you have already researched specific bases, assets, clothing, accessories, or other items you would like me to use, please let me know and send the relevant links.

If you have not chosen any assets yet, I will select suitable options for the commission and send you the total asset cost along with preview images of what I plan to use before continuing.

If you would like to upload the avatar to your own VRChat account, you are responsible for having Unity and all required dependencies installed.

If requested, I can also upload the avatar to your VRChat account for you. In that case, I will need temporary access to your login details.

Turnaround time depends on the commission type, complexity, current queue, and real-life circumstances.

Estimated turnaround times may vary, but I will do my best to keep you updated throughout the process.

Please understand that commissions are done with care and may take time depending on workload.

Finished commissions are delivered digitally.

Depending on your order, you will receive:

• Blender files
• Unitypackage
• Quest and/or Green versions, if purchased

Will Do

• Avatar edits
• Outfit integration
• Texture edits
• Accessory setup
• Expression setup
• Interactive clothing systems
• Asset-based avatar work
• PC / Quest / Green versions as listed
• Rush orders for an additional fee, if my schedule allows it

Won’t Do

• Stolen, ripped, or leaked assets
• Work using content you or I do not have permission to use
• Anything outside my skill range or current commission scope

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Payment for commissions is split into two stages.

Before I begin, the client must pay the full cost of any required assets so I can purchase the necessary commission license(s), as well as a 100€ down payment.

The remaining balance must be paid once the commission is finished and before any final files are delivered.

• Asset costs are not included in the listed commission prices
• Prices may increase depending on complexity or additional requested edits
• Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee if my schedule allows it
• Rush fees are usually charged as an extra 25% to 50% of the final commission price depending on deadline and complexity

Pricing

Please note that all listed prices are separate from the cost of any assets purchased for your model

Avatar commissions are for full avatar assembly, editing, and setup based on purchased assets, references, and agreed design work

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee if my schedule allows it.

Rush fees are usually charged as an extra 25% to 50% of the final commission price, depending on the deadline and complexity.

Asset commissions are for individual wearable or usable items such as accessories, props, clothing pieces, or other add-ons for avatars.

Pricing starts at 40€ and increases depending on complexity, detail, and the type of asset requested.

Final price depends on complexity, number of parts, texturing, and whether setup is included.

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee (previously mentioned rush fees apply).

Exclusive rights / buyout commissions are priced separately. This type of commission includes additional fees because it limits my ability to reuse, display, or resell the work in the future.

Edit commissions are for changes to an existing avatar or asset, such as texture edits, feature adjustments, outfit edits, accessory integration, or other small modifications.

Prices start at 20€ and may increase depending on complexity.

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee if my schedule allows it (previously mentioned rush fees apply).

Private commissions are available for an additional fee. This means the finished commission will not be shown publicly in my portfolio, commission sheet, social media, or other public examples.

Private commissions usually cost an additional +25% of the final commission price.

Exclusive rights / buyout commissions are priced separately. This type of commission includes significantly higher fees because it limits my ability to reuse, display, or resell the work in the future.

Exclusive rights / buyout commissions usually start at 2x the final base price, depending on the intended use and how many rights are being transferred.

Please ask beforehand if you are interested in a private or exclusive commission.
