We don’t accept returns due to change of mind, but we’ll take care of any damaged or incorrect orders. We want you to love your wax melts and understand things can happen.
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a free replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever you prefer. We’ll cover all shipping costs related to the issue.
🚫 Returns for Change of Mind
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we don’t accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind. If you made a mistake during checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, it may already be in production or shipped.
