About Me
I create mental health journals because I believe everyone deserves a safe place to release what they’re carrying.
Growing up and through my experiences working with children and families, I’ve seen how important emotional wellness is—and how often people are taught to hide their feelings instead of processing them. These journals are my way of encouraging people to pause, reflect, and give themselves the same compassion they so freely give others.
Writing has the power to bring clarity, reduce stress, build self-awareness, and remind us that healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up for ourselves one day at a time.
If even one person feels less alone after opening one of my journals, then I’ve accomplished exactly what I set out to do.
