Licensing & Upgrade Policy
License by Tier
Each tier of The Creative Operations Playbook v1.0 comes with a specific license:
- Tier 1 — Individual ($179): Licensed for a single professional.
- Tier 2 — Teams ($599): Licensed for up to 25 team members within one organization.
- Tier 3 — Organization ($1,299): Licensed for 26+ team members across the organization.
Your purchase grants you access to the playbook and toolkit resources appropriate to your license level. Licenses are not transferable across tiers or between organizations.
Upgrading Your License
You may upgrade to a higher license tier at any time. Because each tier represents a new license, your previous purchase price is not credited toward the upgrade.
However, as a thank-you for being a current customer, you receive an exclusive loyalty discount on your upgrade:
- Individual → Teams: 10% off
- Teams → Organization: 15% off
- Individual → Organization: 20% off
