Lisa Sharp, originally from Buffalo, New York, now calls Greenville, South Carolina, home. She is a devoted wife, loving mother of five, creative entrepreneur, and founder of Creative Hands & More, where she uses her God-given creativity to design and create unique items that bring joy to others. For more than twenty years, Lisa has been a faithful member of Rizen Church in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. As an aspiring missionary with a heart for outreach, she finds joy in feeding and giving to those in need, sharing her testimony, and encouraging others through what God has done in her life. Lisa's own journey of forgiveness inspired her to write Forgive to Be Forgiven. After carrying unforgiveness in her spirit for many years, she felt God leading her to confront her pain, release the past, and share her story. Through obedience, faith, and healing, Lisa discovered the freedom that comes from forgiveness and now desires to help others experience that same freedom. Through her story, Lisa encourages readers to confront the pain and hurt of their past, choose forgiveness, and embrace the freedom waiting on the other side. Her favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13, reflects the faith that continues to guide her life: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” This next chapter of Lisa's life is one she embraces with gratitude, joy, and a heart ready for all that God has ahead.
