Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. This promise does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Finding your PDFs

After checkout, use the download page or the link in your Payhip receipt email. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email is missing. These are digital PDF downloads; no physical item is shipped.
