Not always. Some of our vehicles will be provided as just a base model with minimal or sometimes no scripting at all.
In the bus community this is standard and brings down the cost of vehicles as well as saves us as developers time.
If there is demand for a vehicle to be scripted we will do it but at an increased price.
Yes we offer support on all products depending on what is being asked if the issue is nothing to do with the delivered model we likely won't be able to assist as in that condition it means you'll have done some changes to it.

In most cases we don't.
The only time we may offer refunds is when we or payhip have messed up with an order but this is highly unlikely.
Once you've taken delivery of an asset we cannot and will not offer refunds.
Our delivery times are almost instant unless you have ordered one of our services then you'll be waiting anywhere from 3 days upto 3 weeks depending on how many orders we currently have in the works
