Thank you for supporting Crowned & Crafted Digital Studio! Our digital designs are created to inspire creativity and help fellow crafters bring their ideas to life.

By purchasing or downloading our PNG designs, you agree to the following licensing terms.

1. Permitted Uses

Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use our PNG designs for personal projects.
• Create finished physical products such as T-shirts, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, hats, and other merchandise.
• Sell finished physical products featuring our designs through your small business.
• Use the designs for sublimation, DTF transfers applied to finished products, heat transfer vinyl projects, and other crafting applications.

There is no additional commercial license fee for selling finished physical products under these terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute our original PNG files.
• Upload our digital files to freebie websites, shared drives, design marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.
• Sell our designs as digital downloads, including PNG, SVG, PDF, or other digital formats.
• Claim our original artwork as your own.
• Include our digital files in design bundles or digital product packages.
• Distribute modified versions of our designs as digital files.
• Sell or distribute standalone printed transfers, sublimation sheets, or similar products intended for other makers to apply, without separate written permission.

3. Commercial Use

Small-business commercial use is permitted for finished physical products.

You may sell completed items featuring our designs through your website, social media, craft fairs, and other retail channels.

You may not sublicense or transfer your rights to another business or individual.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All original artwork and intellectual property owned by Crowned & Crafted Digital Studio remain the property of Crowned & Crafted Co.

Purchasing or downloading a design grants permission to use it under this license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Some designs may incorporate third-party elements, trademarks, or other protected material. Any use of those elements remains subject to the rights of their respective owners. This license does not grant rights Crowned & Crafted Co. does not possess.

5. Freebie Friday Designs

Free PNG designs offered during Freebie Friday follow these same licensing terms unless otherwise stated.

Free downloads may be used for personal projects and finished physical products for resale.

Freebie files may not be redistributed, resold, or shared as digital downloads.

6. License Violations

Unauthorized distribution or use outside these terms may result in termination of the license and other remedies available under applicable law.
