When I first started crocheting, about 10 years ago, I would make blankets for orders. One lady messaged me asking if I could create a blanket that was full of rainbows, balloons , hearts etc. When I shared photos of my blanket - I kept getting asked for the pattern. This is when I designed my first ever pattern! I released it as CAL and its been popular ever since!

The CAL initially started with a mix of my free patterns, a few free ones from online and 2 paid crochet patterns from other designers. Hooked by Robin created You Tube videos of my patterns.

I decided to create a matching cushion full of new larger squares with a large bobble unicorn on the back.

I decided to make my daughter Darcy a unicorn dreams blanket for Christmas. I created new squares - which are now available in the extra patterns , and bobble alphabet squares.

I had to make a fun bag to go to Yarndale and it just had to be a unicorn dreams one!

I made 13 squares of the square from the small rainbow pattern in different colours and then used a mix of hte appliques from the blanket and cushion. I used 8/8 cotton.

This bag was made with only 8 squares, again using 8/8 cotton. after making the 2 panels. I created a long rainbow strap which I then joined around the 3 edges of the bag.

I created this stocking using 8 squares, joining them together with the flat braid continuous join and finishing the top with the same border as the blanket. I made a little rainbow pom pom to the hanging loop.
