I am giving you the right to use my Poser Tubes under the conditions below

These have been created by me using Daz Studio/Poser using paid and free content, and I follow the terms as to what I can use them for

All my poser tubes come in PNG format unless otherwise stated. The image size may vary

These Terms of Use, I can modify any or all at my discretion

It is up to you to check if my terms change at any time.

***TUBES YOU PURCHASE ***

~ YOU MAY ~

1. You may use my tubes to create sig tags for yourself or others. You can use them for web pages, journals, stationery, scrapbooking, banners, candy wrappers, cards, stamps, web sets, Cafe Press and more.

2. Anything that you create with the tube(s) is yours to sell or distribute.

3. You do not have to link back, but it would be greatly appreciated.

4. I allow 3 tubes only in a Scrap Kit with other elements, papers, etc, for personal use only

(They may not be given for free; they must be sold.)

You need to credit me in the form of a link back to my blog, where you sell them 

(This can be on your preview or in your product description)

~ YOU MAY NOT ~

1. Do not offer my tubes for download in their original form to other people, on any website, mailing groups, etc

2. You may not redistribute these tubes in their original tube form, as brushes,psp/png files or clip art.

3. You may not resell any of the tubes created by me as clip art or any other type of art collection that you claim as yours.

4. Do not burn them to a CD and resell them in their original form.

5. None of my tubes are permitted to be used on sites that promote child abuse, hatred, ethnic discrimination and pornography.

6. No images may be reproduced by any method that includes screen captures.
