When it comes to purchasing my products, please follow the guides below.

AVATAR SPECIFIC:

you recieve a personal license. do not upload for anyone else unless you both have a license for the SAME avatar. the avatar is for your use, and your use only, so do not make it public under any circumstances.

ASSET SPECIFIC:

All assets are personal, and commercial usage as long as you obtain it through legal methods. (my shops, or the server freebies here.)

commercial means you can use this on paid/free/nitro/public/commissioned avatars as long as the avatar is fully complete. 

Correctly input all information at checkout, if i see that a discord/vrchat user is not provided, I can, and will take away your license, and if this happens a second time, you will be banned from future purchases on my shop. 

Do not leak, rip, trade, or share files with ANYONE! the only case filesharing is EVER acceptable is if they also own a license to the SAME product, with the SAME kind of license, whether that be personal, or commercial.

Use my work responsibly. 

Streaming with my avatars/work is completely fine with me! All I ask is to not gatekeep.

Hard edits are fine on my work, just please still credit me for the original avatar/asset! (also, if you do this, I would love to see photos of it! that really goes for all my work, edited or not.)

Zero refunds will be given out, this is because it is a digital product and I have no clue what you have done with files when purchased. (I do not know if they are saved somewhere and there is no way for me to check if you have deleted such files.)

Joining my server for free things and leaving right is rude. Don't do it.

Do not rip/take any assets off of my avatars.

Do not directly 1:1 copy any of my designs. Inspiration is perfectly fine if you credit me for the idea, but outright copying is NOT fine.

Reusing any body edits, head edits, or asset edits I have done for an avatar is not allowed. (see rule above)

Purchasing my products with secondary emails if you are banned is strictly prohibited. Respect my decision if you have broken rules before.

When it comes to uploads:

If i see any public avatars on your account WITHOUT prior information (IE: you made that avatar yourself) then i will revoke your license and you shall be banned from my shop indefinitely.

Do not make the avatar I upload for you public. It is for you, and you ONLY! (this also goes for if you upload it yourself.)

Regarding Resonite Usage:

Open a ticket in my server for Pre-Approval, please!

If you are banned from my shop:

YOU ARE:

Allowed to use my publicly uploaded models.

YOU ARE NOT:

Allowed to purchase from my store

Receive any of my work through gifting methods

Allowed to use any work obtained through any of my shops or any illegal methods. 

These rules are not set, and can change at any time.
