These terms are the terms you agree to when you purchase my products!

If TOS is broken, i reserve the right to deny access to any and all purchased products under your name, as well as ban you from my server and publicly share your username.

• When an avatar is purchased, it is NOT eligible for refund as it is a digital product.
• When purchasing a product, it is for you and only you. Do not share files to anybody who does not legally own them.
• You are free to make edits of my content, but do not make any hateful content.
• if an avatar is SFW, you are free to make an nsfw edit as long as the character depicted is above the age of 18. this does not include the "i aged them up" excuse.
• P2U avatars must remain private, however public avatar files are allowed to be public so far as there is significant edits made to the avatar. (THE AVATAR MUST BE VISIBLY DIFFERENT VIA ADDED PARTS, OR RETEXURES. SIMPLY ADDING ASSETS AND REUPLOADING IS NOT PERMITTED.)
• All public edits MUST be credited with my Vrchat username in the description or name of the avatar.
• You may use my products in social media as long as i am credited via one of my socials (Twitter/X, Tiktok, Ect)
• Do not share my SFW products with anyone under the age of 13.
• Do not share my NSFW products with anyone under the age of 18.

Commissions will always have a test version on my account, and if my TOS is broken it will be turned into a public avatar.
