About Me

Hi, I’m Julianna—and if you’re navigating life after divorce, you’re in the right place.

I help women rediscover their confidence, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild a life they actually want through nature, nervous system healing, and raw community support.

I’m a mom of two girls, a solo hiker with over 1,000 trail miles, and a fierce believer that you don’t have to go through this alone.

When I’m not leading hikes or creating healing tools, you can find me drinking coffee on a trail, reading mystery novels, or sipping wine with friends who remind me who I am.

This space was built for the version of you that’s still figuring it out. You’re safe here. You’re seen here. Let’s start your next chapter.
