About Me
Meet Danita Ward | The Visionary Behind DLW Visionary Group
AI Consultant | Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Leader | Entrepreneur | Author | Speaker | Community Advocate
Hello, and welcome! I'm Danita Ward, also known as Flashy Diva Danita, founder and CEO of DLW Visionary Group, LLC.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, valued, and equipped to succeed.
With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR systems, and workforce development, I've built my career helping people and organizations navigate challenges, improve processes, and unlock opportunities.
Today, I'm combining that experience with my passion for artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, business development, and education to help individuals and small businesses work smarter, build confidence, and achieve meaningful results.
As a CPD Certified AI Consultant, I help entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations discover practical ways to use AI, automation, and digital tools without losing the human connection.
I'm also the President of the West Side Chamber of Commerce, a mentor to young adults, a small business owner, and an author who believes knowledge is meant to be shared.
Through DLW Visionary Group, I create practical e-books, workbooks, templates, courses, and digital resources designed to help you:
- Build your professional confidence and visibility.
- Strengthen your resume, interviewing, and career development skills.
- Grow your business and personal brand.
- Learn to use AI and technology with confidence.
- Turn ideas into actionable strategies and opportunities.
My philosophy is simple:
"Start with the business problem, not the AI tool."
Whether you're advancing your career, starting a business, growing an existing brand, or discovering what's possible with AI, I'm here to help you move forward.
Because your next chapter deserves to be your best chapter.
Welcome to DLW Visionary Group — Where Vision Meets Strategy, Technology, and Opportunity.
And remember…
✨ AI just got a little bit flashy!
