Shannon Jones, M.Ed. is an early childhood consultant and professional development trainer with DREAM Education Corp., supporting educators and programs through reflective, human-centered learning experiences. Her experience spans infant and toddler care, preschool, Pre-K through second grade, and workforce pathway instruction at the high school level.

Shannon has served as a classroom educator, visual arts instructor, Head Start teacher & mentor, early childhood director, and professional development facilitator, with extensive experience supporting children and students with special needs in inclusive and high-need settings. Her work emphasizes instructional quality, culturally responsive practice, mindfulness, and growth mindset for both educators and students.

She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and is the editor of the DREAM Education Journal, a reflective publication launched in 2026 to elevate educator voice, practice, and systems thinking.
