RETURNS
We are NOT able accept returns or offer exchanges at this time.
REFUNDS
We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as digital products.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at d.s.ritter@dsritter.com. You may be asked for a photo of your order as-received.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at d.s.ritter@dsritter.com.

At the moment, we ship our paperbacks and hardcovers with UPS and USPS.
Printing and shipping times may vary. Allow 5-7 days for production.
More information, including a delivery estimate and tracking number (if that option is selected) will be provided with the receipt you receive in your email.
