Order Processing 

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will 

receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Policy 

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or 

FedEx. 

 

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. 

- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge. 

- Free Shipping: May apply during promotional periods or on qualifying orders, as indicated 

on our website. 

 

Once your order has shipped, Dakota Hill Designs is not responsible for delays, lost, or 

damaged packages caused by the carrier. If your order does not arrive within the estimated 

delivery time, please contact us at dakotahilldesigns@gmail.com. 

Local Pickup & Events 

For special events or craft shows, we may offer local pickup options. Details and availability 

will be announced on our website or social media. 

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us 

within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Eligibility for Returns: 

- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. 

- You must include your order number or proof of purchase. 

- Returns must be authorized by email before being shipped back. 

 

Non-Returnable Items: 

- Custom-made or personalized items 

- Sale or clearance items 

- Gift cards 

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or 

damaged. 


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your 

refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective product. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us within 7 days. 

Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 

dakotahilldesigns@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will replace or 

refund the item at no additional cost.
