Mission Statement

This space exists to uplift and amplify indie and local authors whose stories deserve to be discovered. Each month, I feature a writer whose work reflects creativity, courage, and independent spirit.

When you support indie, you support real people, real stories, and creative freedom.

Indie Spotlight: Samantha Doyle

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Triplet Alphas Gifted Luna

I have a problem.

I finished this story.

I've already read it twice.

And I want to read it again.

That should probably be the entire review. 😂

Every once in a while, I find a story that makes writing a review almost impossible because there is simply too much I want to talk about without ruining it for someone else.

Triplet Alphas Gifted Luna by Samantha Doyle is one of those stories.

There's Thea, who is far more than she ever imagined.

There are the triplet Alphas—Alaric, Conri, and Kai—who have loved her, protected her, challenged her, and somehow each managed to become completely distinct characters instead of blending into "the triplets."

There are mates.

Werewolves.

Gods and goddesses.

Ancient powers.

Enemies who just keep getting worse.

Secrets.

Destiny.

Lilith.

Xavier.

And a Delta team that had me looking backward through the story and realizing just how much had been happening before Thea—or I—understood what I was actually seeing.

And somehow, Samantha Doyle makes ALL OF IT WORK.

That's what impressed me most.

This story gets bigger and bigger and bigger, but I never stopped caring about the people at the center of it.

Thea isn't simply "the gifted girl everyone has to protect." She grows into her power. She learns. She fights. She questions. She loves fiercely. And the more she discovers about herself, the more the world around her opens up.

And Alaric, Conri, and Kai?

I love them.

All three.

I'm not choosing.

Don't ask me. 😂

Their relationship with Thea was one of my favorite parts of the entire story because underneath the mate bonds, supernatural abilities, danger, and very 🔥 adult moments, there is genuine love, friendship, trust, and partnership between them.

But this isn't just a romance.

Not even close.

The mythology keeps expanding. The danger keeps evolving. Characters I thought I understood suddenly had another layer. Tiny details mattered. People I wasn't sure I trusted became people I adored.

And every time I thought I understood where Samantha Doyle was taking me...

Nope.

Apparently I knew nothing.

There were nights when I genuinely had to make myself put the book down because I had work the next morning.

Do you know how RUDE it is when sleep interferes with a perfectly good book?

I would lie there thinking:

Okay. Tomorrow I'll find out what happens.

Which is a terrible thing to do to a reader.

And exactly what a great author is supposed to do.

So here's probably the strongest recommendation I can give:

I finished it.

Then I read it again.

And while writing this Spotlight, I'm seriously considering starting it for a third time.

If you love werewolves, fated mates, reverse harem, powerful heroines, mythology, gods and goddesses, found family, supernatural battles, mystery, romance, and stories that keep unfolding long after you think you've figured them out...

Read this one.

Just maybe don't start it at 10 p.m.

Learn from my mistakes. 😂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars—and apparently two reads weren't enough.

Where to Read

Triplet Alphas Gifted Luna is available to read on GoodNovel, and if you're like me and fall so completely in love with the story that you need it sitting on your bookshelf, the books are also available for purchase on Amazon.

And yes.

I bought them. 😂

Because apparently reading this story twice wasn't enough. Now I needed to own it, too.

Until next time—keep turning pages, supporting indie authors, and finding the stories that make "just one more chapter" the biggest lie readers tell themselves. ❤️

Indie Spotlight: Kaci Rose

This month’s Indie Spotlight celebrates an indie author whose stories didn’t just entertain me — they wrecked me in the best possible way.

Kaci Rose writes heroes who are strong, scarred, and struggling… and then shows us what happens when they finally let themselves be loved.

I was hooked with Saving Noah.

I wept. I cried. I cheered. I felt every emotion watching a wounded hero fight his way back to himself.

And that’s what makes her stories unforgettable.

💔 The “Saving” Series — Wounded Heroes, Hard Healing

In her military “Saving” series — Saving MasonSaving LoganSaving JakeSaving Noah, and more — each hero carries visible or invisible scars.

These are men trained to protect everyone else.

Men who’ve been injured.

Men who feel broken.

And in each story, love becomes the turning point.

Not instant.

Not easy.

But earned.

Watching those walls come down? Watching a hero realize he’s still worthy of devotion?

That’s the kind of emotional payoff that stays with you.

🏔 The Mountain Men Series — Rugged, Fierce, Devoted

And then there’s her Mountain Men series — Take Me to the CabinTake Me to the RiverTake Me to the Mountain, and more.

Different setting. Same heartbeat.

Rugged, isolated protectors.

Men who live hard and love harder.

Intense devotion wrapped in cabin-in-the-woods energy.

If you love protective heroes who would burn the world down for their woman, this series delivers.

(You may also find her books on major retailers, but supporting directly through an author’s website whenever possible helps indie authors the most.)

Why This Spotlight Matters

Kaci Rose writes romance rooted in healing, loyalty, and emotional surrender. Whether it’s a wounded soldier or a mountain man carving out a life in the wilderness, her stories remind us that strength isn’t the absence of scars — it’s allowing someone to see them.

Indie Spotlight: Jenna Myles

Featured Series: Brash Brothers

This month’s Indie Spotlight goes to an author whose series completely stole my heart — Jenna Myles, author of the Brash Brothers series.

Some series entertain you.

Some series hook you.

And then there are the rare ones that feel like coming home.

The Brash Brothers series is exactly that.

I fell in love with every single brother — their flaws, their strength, their emotional growth, their devotion. Each book builds not just a romance, but a family dynamic that pulls you deeper with every page. By the time I reached the final book, I was both thrilled to see their journeys completed… and completely unwilling to let them go.

The only solution?

Reread them all.

💛 Final Thoughts

I’m always excited to spotlight indie authors who create stories that linger — and the Brash Brothers absolutely do.

If you haven’t met them yet, consider this your invitation.

If you have?

You already know why we reread.
